Codub Consulting work with our customer to provide the levels of support that they need. We will provide a priority web based System Administration support system to ensure that any inquiries are dealt within the fastest way possible. We employ a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Team available to resolve issues and assist with questions quickly and easily.
Normal business hours are [9:00 am] to [5:00 pm] [Monday through Friday] UK time but can arrange additional cover outside these times. Codub Consulting provide and maintain an electronic system (Ticket System). This enables our Customers to raise requests via a portal at support.codubconsulting.com. Once a ticket is created an email will be sent to our technical team immediately and you the customer should also receive an acknowledgement email. Also, an email will be sent to you as the ticket is updated till completion. The response time will be agreed with you and defined in your Service Level Agreement (SLA).
