Implementation of Maintenance Connection CMMS solution for Alpha Mead Facilities & Management Services Ltd (AMFacilities).

Alpha Mead Facilities and Management Services Limited is one of the leading FM Company in Nigeria. Codub Consulting implemented a fully web-based Enterprise Asset &Facilities Management Software for AMFacilities, this will aid AMFacilites personnel on a daily basis to manage planned maintenance and corrective work.

Implementation of Maintenance Connection CMMS solution for Total Facilities Management Limited (TFML).

Codub Consulting provided TFML with arobust Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), this will aid TFML monitor planned and unplanned maintenance works and budget as well as keep a track of costs spent on utilities like diesel. Also, the software will be used as a mini HR solution to manage staff and will be a platform for managing her fleet of cars.

Asset survey of assets and building fabric at the NNPC Towers.

The NNPC Towers is a 40,000 square meters complex, comprising of four buildings of at least fifteen floors each.

The entire project was completed within six weeks. The end result is that NNPC now have a detailed and accurate asset register with the condition of each asset including recommendations on how to rectify the defects identified.

Metropolitan Police – Asset and PPM Management Implementation

Currently supporting the Asset and PPM Projects for the Metropolitan Police on behalf of Interserve. Since 2007, we have been helping Interserve meet various deadlines in terms of the original data migration from Asset Survey files to Maximo. Part of the project includes developing automated processes for data management.

Foreign & Commonwealth Office – PPM and Helpdesk Implementation

Codub Consulting was appointed to work in partnership with IBM on behalf of Interserve to deliver Asset and PPM data for the entire Europe. Codub was also involved in agreeing and implementing the data strategy for the Helpdesk.

Cambridge Assessment Group – Asset and Condition Survey

Codub Consulting was responsible for carrying out an asset condition survey of all properties owned by the Cambridge Assessment Group. As part of the contract, all the assets were collected using hand held PDAs, which eliminated the need for paperwork and all the associated errors and time delays. The assets were also tagged with barcode labels.

Home Office – Asset and PPM Data Engineering

Codub Consulting was involved in both the drafting of the Asset and PPM specification as well as the actual implementation. Part of the project included User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the reporting side of the Maximo system.

Cambridge Assessment Group – Fully Managed PPM Work Order solution

Currently providing a fully-managed FM solution for this university. As part of the contract, Codub advised the client on the best solution that would meet their specific needs following a detailed comparative study.

Royal Banking Scotland – Maximo Training

Provided training to a global bank for over 400 people in America and Europe. Areas covered were Work Order, Assignment Manager, Purchasing, Assets & Planned Maintenance operations.

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) – Maximo Installation and Support

Provided initial business requirements gathering as well as full installation of Maximo for various clients on behalf of CBRE.

Fully-web based work order solution as a hosted solution (SAAS)

Provision of a Fully Managed Solution for a University. The benefit to the client is a low monthly fee solution and a rapid implementation time. Part of the project included carrying out a detailed Asset Survey to capture all the client’s assets for uploading into the database.

Data Cleansing and Migration

Migration of volumes of legacy data for a major global facilities company to Maximo. The process resulted in a targeted savings of almost £300,000 per year on savings due to unnecessary planned maintenance tasks. Part of the project included developing automated processes for the data cleansing and migration.

Project Management Workshop

Organised and delivered Project Management workshops for over twenty senior engineers for an overseas oil company. The main objective was to provide an awareness as well as the latest information on a complete project cycle with respect to building and construction services.

ERP Upgrade and ongoing Support for a Global Telecommunincation company.

Migration of an Asset Management software on an Oracle database. Other roles included report writing, developing training guides and delivering training workshops.

Implementation of a Maximo to Sun Financial Application Interface for a large oil company. Main roles included trigger modifications, SQR report writing and technical documentation.

Business Process Mapping

Maximo upgrade project for a Global Pharmaceutical company including developing the Business Requirements of. Main roles included developing User Requirement Specification (URS), Functional Operating Guides and Training Guides

Maximo® Training, Version 5.2

Provided training to over 50 people for a Global Pharmaceutical company in Work Order, Inventory, Purchasing & Planned Maintenance. All Workshops were held on client’s site.

Maximo® Training, Version 6.2

Provided training to a large bank for over 100 people in Work Order, Purchasing, Assets & Planned Maintenance. All Workshops were held outside the client’s site.

Asset survey of M&E, Catering and Medical Assets at BioPark Medical Lab, UK 

Codub was the sole contractor responsible for carrying out a comprehensive building and asset survey for BioPark Life Sciences, a Research and Development Centre. BioPark offers a range of ready-to-use chemistry and biology laboratories with a suite equipped to containment level 3 (CL3).

We surveyed all the properties on site and all the engineers used industry approved Motorola held PDAs to do the asset collection, which eliminated the need for paperwork and all the associated errors and time delays. Because the PDA packs the power of a cell phone, two-way radio, bar code scanner, digital camera and mobile computer, we were able to capture pictures of each asset.

As part of the contract, all the assets were bar-coded and we configured the screens specifically for BioPark to allow the ability to collect relevant information about any type of asset, which included the medical assets as BioPark provides specialist facilities and support for bioscience and health technology businesses. We were also involved in migrating the final data into Concept CAFM system for Reactive and Planned Maintenance.
