The course is designed for project management novices, students or people who are interested in a future career in project management. It introduces the two main methodologies of Project Management (PRINCE2 & PMI), and the two main Project Lifecycle delivery mechanism (Waterfall and Agile)
After introduction, the course concentrates on core elements essential to successfully deliver a project in any project environment. Understanding of these core elements makes a persuasive argument in a job application/interview, as well as preparing course delegates for the foundation certification exams of either PRINCE2 or PMI associations.
